Welcome to Malibo & Co.! By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.

1. Our Products

We are a local dog bakery specializing in handmade cakes, iced cookies, pupcakes, donuts, and treat boxes - all made fresh to order using dog-safe ingredients. Because everything is handmade, slight variations in color, decoration, and appearance are to be expected.

2. Ordering

All orders must be placed at least 3 to 4 days in advance. Orders are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Pickup & Delivery

We offer local pickup and local delivery within a 6-mile radius. After placing your order, it is your responsibility to coordinate a pickup or delivery time with us. We do not offer shipping.

Because our products are made fresh with no preservatives, we recommend scheduling pickup or delivery for the day of your celebration or the day before for the best experience.

4. Customization

Custom orders are made based on the details you provide (e.g., your dog's name, occasion, colors, cookie shape). Please ensure all details are accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Food Safety & Allergens

Our products contain eggs, oat flour, and pumpkin puree and are intended as occasional treats for dogs, not meal replacements. Please contact us before ordering if your dog has any food allergies or sensitivities. Always supervise your dog while they enjoy their treats. Malibo & Co. is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from consumption of our products.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on returns and cancellations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malibo & Co. is not responsible for any illness, injury, or adverse reaction in pets resulting from consumption of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
