Refund policy

At Malibo & Co., all treats, cakes, and gift boxes are handmade to order using fresh, dog-safe ingredients. Because of the perishable and custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before pick up. After that, we're unable to issue refunds
