How do I place a custom order?
Browse our products, select what you'd like, and add it to your cart. During checkout, leave a note with your customization details - your dog's name, the occasion, preferred colors, theme, and cookie shape choice (round, bone-shaped, or paw print). You can also reach us directly through our Contact page before ordering if you have questions.
How much notice do you need for orders?
We ask for 3–4 days notice for all custom orders so we have time to prepare and decorate everything fresh just for your pup. If you need something sooner, reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you!
What customization details do you need?
To get started on your order, we'll need:
- Your dog's name
- The occasion and celebration date
- Preferred colors and theme
- Cookie shape preference (round, bone-shaped, or paw print) - for orders that include cookies
- Any decoration inspiration or special requests
Once your order is confirmed, we'll follow up to finalize all the details.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate updates, but changes may not be possible once preparation has begun.

Do you offer shipping?
No,because our products are freshly made with no preservatives, we don't ship. All orders are available for local pickup or local delivery within a 6-mile radius of Stamford, CT.
Where do I pick up my order?
We're located in the Harbor Point area of Stamford, CT. Exact pickup location and address will be shared with you once your order is confirmed. we're a home bakery, not a storefront, so we coordinate pickup details directly with each customer.
How does local delivery work?
We offer local delivery within a 6-mile radius of Stamford. Delivery availability and scheduling will be confirmed when you place your order. Please reach out via our Contact page for delivery inquiries.
When should I schedule pickup?
For the freshest experience, we recommend scheduling pickup for the day of your celebration or the day before. Our products contain no preservatives and are made fresh to order.

Are your products safe for all dogs?
All of our products are made with dog-safe ingredients and no artificial preservatives. However, every dog is different-if your pup has known food allergies or sensitivities, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the ingredients used in your specific order.
What ingredients do you use?
Our recipes vary by product, but our core cake and treat batter is made with oat flour, pumpkin puree, unsweetened applesauce, eggs, peanut butter, and baking powder. Full ingredient lists are included on each product page.
Do your products contain peanut butter?
Yes, our cakes and some treats contain peanut butter. If you or your dog have an allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Freshness & Storage
How long do the treats stay fresh?
Our products are made fresh with no preservatives, so they're best enjoyed within 2–3 days of pickup. Cakes and iced items should be kept refrigerated and consumed as soon as possible for the best experience.
How should I store the cake or treats?
Keep cakes and iced items refrigerated. Dry treats can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature. Always supervise your dog while they enjoy their treats.
